Licor elaborado macerando en Aguardiente de Orujo de Galicia los mejores cafés de la zona de Cerrado (Brasil) durante 31 días. Transcurrido este tiempo, se filtra y se añade azúcar hasta su perfecta disolución. Posteriormente, se mantiene en reposo doce meses antes de ser embotellado.
